FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

WHERE CAN I BUY TICKETS?

You can purchase tickets online at www.nevermorehall.com and www.ticketmaster.com. You can also purchase tickets over the phone with a reduced fee during box office hours (410) 244-0057.


Please note that our box office is not doing walk-up sales at this time. 

Our box office daytime hours for phone sales and questions are:

Tuesday: 11-3pm, Wednesday 1-6pm, Thursday 12-6pm, Friday 12-4pm

WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?

All sales are final, we are unable to accommodate refunds or exchanges. In the event of a show cancellation or postponement, refunds are available at the point of purchase.

IS THERE PARKING NEAR THE VENUE?

Since the venue is conveniently located in the downtown/inner harbor area there are many great parking options available within just a few blocks.

- Harbor Park Garage (55 Market Place)

- Frederick Street Garage (15 S. Frederick St)

- Lockwood Garage (124 Market Place)

You can get a parking validation chaser from the box office or from the door staff on your way out of the venue for the evening.

CAN I ENTER THE VENUE USING MY MOBILE DEVICE AS A TICKET?

Yes, tickets purchased online can be scanned directly from your mobile phone. When using your mobile device to scan a ticket, ensure the ticket is open on your phone and the brightness is turned all the way up. If you do not have a smart phone with Ticketmaster access, please bring your Order # to the box office for assistance with your ticket. 

WHERE IS WILL CALL & GUEST LIST LOCATED?

Our box office doubles as Will Call & Guest List check-in during shows. Will call is available when the doors open for a show. Please have identification ready and available when coming to pickup a ticket.

DO YOU GUYS HAVE NEVERMORE MERCHANDISE?.

DO I NEED MY ID TO COME TO A SHOW?

No, unless a show is specifically listed as 18+ or 21+ our shows are all ages. In the event of a show with an age restriction, you will need a VALID government issued, non-expired, photo ID. The same applies if you wish to purchase and consume alcohol. An ID is absolutely necessary regardless of your age to procure alcohol, and Maryland residents must present a horizontal ID.

ARE THERE SEATS AVAILABLE?

Yes, in limited quantity. To inquire on seating please reach out to BoxOffice@baltimoresoundstage.com.

CAN I USE A VAPE / E-CIG IN THE VENUE? (SMOKING POLICY)

No, all smoking, traditional and electronic, is prohibited inside of the venue. Failure to comply can result in ejection from the venue. There is a designated smoking area available outside for your use.

ARE THERE ANY LOCAL HOTELS YOU’D RECOMMEND?

Yes! With our central downtown location there are a number of hotels within walking distance of Baltimore Soundstage. We recommend checking out the Lord Baltimore Hotel who offer Baltimore Soundstage guests discounted rooms when booking through this link or using promo code BSS at checkout! Feel free to check out the VISIT BALTIMORE website for more info on your stay and what to do while you’re in the city!

DO YOU HAVE A BAG POLICY?

Small purses are allowed; all other bags must be left at coat check for a small fee. Please reach out to the Box Office with any additional questions.

DO YOU HAVE A COAT CHECK?

Yes, located in the box office hallway near the front entrance. 

CAN I BRING MY CAMERA?

The venue must abide by photo policies set forth by the acts performing on any given evening. Thus the policy is subject to change on a nightly basis. The most common guidelines we have to follow are as followed:

No video, no professional cameras (i.e. detachable or large lenses) and absolutely no use of flash. 

IS THERE A DRESS CODE? WHAT ELSE CAN I NOT BRING INTO THE VENUE?

The venue does not have a specific dress code but we do have some basic rules to ensure all customers have an enjoyable and safe experience. No knives or weapons of any kind, even those attached or apart of clothing are permitted into the venue. 

CAN I BRING FOOD OR DRINK INTO THE VENUE?

We do not allow any outside food or drink into the venue. We have a kitchen open and 3 fully stocked bars that include water, soda and juices. If you are going to require prescription medicine during your short stay at our venue, we ask that you please carry it in its original container and have ID matching the prescription.

IS NEVERMORE HALL ADA COMPLIANT?

Nevermore Hall is committed to complying with the Americans with Disabilities Act and all relevant state and local laws.

 All customers with visual, hearing, or mobility disabilities which need an accommodation are directed to contact our Box Office at BoxOffice@BaltimoreSoundstage.com or 410-244-0057 in advance. Our box office will advise customers regarding available seating and other provided services. The venue and it’s general admission areas are all wheelchair accessible. 

ARE SERVICE ANNIMALS ALLOWED INSIDE THE VENUE?

Nevermore Hall conforms with all rules and regulations of the ADA. As such, Service Animals come under the protection of the ADA. Emotional support animals do not come under the protection of the ADA and will not be admitted to the venue. 

  

As a music venue, sound quality is very important. As such, an animal that interferes with the performance by barking or growling will be asked to leave the venue.

WHAT DO I DO IF I LOST SOMETHING IN THE VENUE?

If you think you have left anything at the venue after a show, please feel free to email us at boxoffice@baltimoresoundstage.com . All lost items can be picked up during any scheduled show.

-If you do not contact us within 7 days after the event, we will consider the item abandoned and all serviceable items will donated to a local charity.

WHEN DOES MY FAVORITE BAND GO ON?

Door times listed on your ticket are not set times. Set times are subject to change without notice and typically not available until the day of show. We suggest you come when the doors open and enjoy the venue and full lineup of talent provided.
