Yes, tickets purchased online can be scanned directly from your mobile phone. When using your mobile device to scan a ticket, ensure the ticket is open on your phone and the brightness is turned all the way up. If you do not have a smart phone with Ticketmaster access, please bring your Order # to the box office for assistance with your ticket.
Our box office doubles as Will Call & Guest List check-in during shows. Will call is available when the doors open for a show. Please have identification ready and available when coming to pickup a ticket.

No, unless a show is specifically listed as 18+ or 21+ our shows are all ages. In the event of a show with an age restriction, you will need a VALID government issued, non-expired, photo ID. The same applies if you wish to purchase and consume alcohol. An ID is absolutely necessary regardless of your age to procure alcohol, and Maryland residents must present a horizontal ID.

No, all smoking, traditional and electronic, is prohibited inside of the venue. Failure to comply can result in ejection from the venue. There is a designated smoking area available outside for your use.

The venue must abide by photo policies set forth by the acts performing on any given evening. Thus the policy is subject to change on a nightly basis. The most common guidelines we have to follow are as followed:
No video, no professional cameras (i.e. detachable or large lenses) and absolutely no use of flash.
The venue does not have a specific dress code but we do have some basic rules to ensure all customers have an enjoyable and safe experience. No knives or weapons of any kind, even those attached or apart of clothing are permitted into the venue.
We do not allow any outside food or drink into the venue. We have a kitchen open and 3 fully stocked bars that include water, soda and juices. If you are going to require prescription medicine during your short stay at our venue, we ask that you please carry it in its original container and have ID matching the prescription.

Nevermore Hall conforms with all rules and regulations of the ADA. As such, Service Animals come under the protection of the ADA. Emotional support animals do not come under the protection of the ADA and will not be admitted to the venue.
As a music venue, sound quality is very important. As such, an animal that interferes with the performance by barking or growling will be asked to leave the venue.

If you think you have left anything at the venue after a show, please feel free to email us at boxoffice@baltimoresoundstage.com . All lost items can be picked up during any scheduled show.
-If you do not contact us within 7 days after the event, we will consider the item abandoned and all serviceable items will donated to a local charity.
Door times listed on your ticket are not set times. Set times are subject to change without notice and typically not available until the day of show. We suggest you come when the doors open and enjoy the venue and full lineup of talent provided.
